POSITION

**Our Customer Service Internship is an excellent opportunity to grow specific skills in Customer Service, training a specialist able to proactively identify and properly frame Customers' problems and requests, suggest possible solutions, assist and inform on products, services, information, policies of our Company.**

**Specifically, our resource will be mainly involved in the following activities, directly supporting the Customer Service Coordinator - Fabrics Europe & ROW**:

PROFILE
- Degree in Economy / Marketing / Communication
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactivity and problem solving
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point
