Offriamo opportunità di inserimento nella società **A2A E-Mobility **, società dedicata allo sviluppo dell’infrastruttura di ricarica dei veicoli elettrici alimentata con energia rinnovabile al 100%.
Il nostro circuito di colonnine è oggi presente nelle aree di Milano, Bergamo, Brescia, Cremona, Monfalcone e in Valtellina con un totale di circa 1000 punti di ricarica.

Per la sede di Milano ricerchiamo una figura da inserire nella struttura E-Mobility Product Development con ruolo di **Responsabile Product Development **.

Attività previste:

- Indentificare e valutare soluzioni innovative e/o migliorative legate alla mobilità elettrica (storage, tecnologie IoT, )
- Presidiare le attività necessarie allo sviluppo e alla evoluzione della Piattaforma utilizzata da A2A E-Mobility per la gestione remota delle infrastrutture di ricarica;
- Coordinarsi con le strutture IT di Cooperate e i partner esterni garantendo il supporto nelle diverse fasi di implementazione dei servizi digitali (scrittura e condivisione requisiti, testing e go-live);
- Seguire l’introduzione di nuovi prodotti e monitorare attivamente l’evoluzione di quelli consolidati, recependo feedback dai colleghi di esercizio rete;
- Interfacciarsi con le diverse u.o. aziendali (es. Delivery & Operations, Sales) per lo studio e la definizione della roadmap evolutiva hardware e software di prodotto;
- Coordinarsi con i colleghi di IT e i partner esterni garantendo il supporto nelle diverse fasi di implementazione dei servizi digitali (scrittura e condivisione requisiti, testing e go-live);
- Interfacciarti con i fornitori di infrastrutture di ricarica per il miglioramento continuo dei prodotti di A2A E-Mobility;
- Mantenere un costante aggiornamento tecnico di settore (benchmarking, contatti con nuovi possibili fornitori, partecipazione a fiere di settore, webinar, visite presso sedi produttive, etc);.
- Supportare i colleghi di Sales per la preparazione di documenti tecnico-commerciali da presentare ai clienti di A2A E-Mobility.

Requisiti:

- Laurea in Ingegneria o discipline economiche
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel Digital Product Development preferibilmente nei settori energy o transportation;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Conoscenza dei fondamenti dei sistemi cloud, base di dati e applicativi web;
- Preferibile conoscenza di:

- Protocollo OCPP
- Strategie di pricing
- Protocolli per configurazioni di apparati elettronici (es: Modbus
- Soft Skill: orientamento alla standardizzazione e digitalizzazione dei processi, buoni dote comunicative, ottima capacità di relazionarsi con clienti e fornitori, orientamento al teamworking e alla leadership
