In un contesto di forte crescita, _Elevion Holding Italia Srl_ sta cercando, per la sua sede a Bolzano, una figura di **_Financial Controller_** che si occuperà dell'interpretazione e della valutazione dell'attività aziendale delle società del gruppo.

La risorsa si occuperà nello specifico delle seguenti mansioni:

- Elaborazione della reportistica (P&L, B&S e Cash Flow) mensile
- Guidare il progetto di budgeting e le attività di forecasting
- L'analisi dei principali scostamenti Actual VS Budget, proponendo azioni correttive
- Analisi e monitoraggio dei principali KPI (economico, gestionale e finanziari) aziendali
- Supportare le principali funzioni aziendali nell'analisi dei progetti di investimento in ambito Marketing, Capex, Sviluppo Prodotto e di Business
- Supportare il Management Team nella definizione del piano strategico e del business plan
- Redigere una reportistica ad hoc per il management aziendale
- Supportare l'implementazione di sistemi di B.I e E.R.P evoluti
- Proporre azioni e soluzioni volte al miglioramento continuo della funzione planning, reporting e controlling
- Laurea magistrale a indirizzo economico
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo di Controller o Finance Controller in contesti strutturati multinazionali o provenienza da una Big4
- ottima visione delle principali dinamiche economiche, patrimoniali e finanziarie che caratterizzano una realtà aziendale
- conoscenza avanzata di Excel
- buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- forte predisposizione a lavorare con sistemi di BI e ERP evoluti (SAP, Dynamics 365)
- Ottime doti relazionali e organizzative
- Predisposizione a lavorare per obiettivi, rispetto delle scedenze
- Orientamento al team working
