PAGANI AUTOMOBILI S.P.A è un’azienda manifatturiera di supercars, fondata nel 1993 da Horacio Pagani. **Vehicle Development & Validation Manager (R&D)**:
La risorsa verrà inserita nel Team Pagani dedicato alla Ricerca e Sviluppo e si occuperà di:

- Coordinamento e monitoraggio delle attività di officina R&D, inclusi l'organizzazione dell'assemblaggio di sistemi e vetture approvate per il piano di sviluppo dei progetti previsti;
- Garantire la corretta implementazione degli aggiornamenti di specifiche tecniche su prototipo, sulla base delle esigenze tecniche;
- Definire i criteri e le metodologie di collaudo dei veicoli prototipali;
- Definizione del piano di sviluppo e validazione, sia per singoli componenti sia per l'intero veicolo, in accordo i requisiti definiti dall'ufficio tecnico;
- Organizzazione e supervisione delle attività di testing associate al piano di sviluppo e validazione, stabilendo le migliori condizioni possibili in funzione degli obiettivi di prova (es. circuito, team, strategia di prove);
- Gestione della reportistica di test, affinché le conclusioni possano evidenziare criticità, opportunità di miglioramento ed in generale eventuali scostamenti dagli obiettivi di progetto;
- Fornire eventuali spunti di miglioramento fruibili dall'ufficio tecnico per migliorare i progetti attuali e futuri;
- Gestione del budget annuale relativo all’ente Vehicle Development & Validation;
- Gestione delle richieste di ferie/permessi, valutazione degli obiettivi individuali e supporto alla formazione delle competenze del personale relativo all’ente Vehicle Development & Validation.

**Requisiti funzionali richiesti**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria
- Esperienza maturata nel ruolo o in ruoli similari di almeno 3-5 anni
