**ASPP/EHS specialist**

**Pisa**

**RESPONSABILITA’**:
La risorsa supporterà il team EHS nello sviluppo delle attività routinarie e non, con particolar riguardo:

- Agli obblighi normativi derivanti principalmente ma non esclusivamente al D.Lgs. 81/08 e D.Lgs. 152/2006.
- Al sistema di gestione integrato per la salute, sicurezza e ambiente

**In dettaglio**:

- Gestione degli adempimenti del personale (scadenzari, gestione consegna DPI, sorveglianza sanitaria)
- Gestione dello scadenzario della formazione, organizzazione dei corsi, archiviazione attestati
- Erogazione di formazione interna EHS
- In merito ad art 26 D.Lgs 81/08: aggiornamento DUVRI, gestione della valutazione tecnico-professionale delle imprese
- Gestione documentazione e adempimenti legislativi EHS (es: verifiche antincendio, DAE, linee vita, DPI III categoria, ecc).
- Gestione del sistema di registrazione e reporting di Near Miss e Osservazioni
- Aggiornamento delle SOP di Reparto su nuove disposizioni di adempimenti legislativi o Global
- Conduzione di Gemba ed ispezioni EHS per verificare che tutte le misure di sicurezza siano applicate e funzionino correttamente proponendo se necessarie azioni migliorative da implementare definendo le relative CAPA (azioni correttive e preventive) da implementare nel sito.
- Collaborazione per la definizione e la pianificazione delle azioni per il mantenimento della certificazione secondo le norme della ISO 45001 e ISO 14001.

**DIMENSIONI E ASPETTI**:

- Laurea Magistrale in Discipline Tecnico Scientifiche (preferite: ingegneria, tecniche della prevenzione)
- Preferibile corso di formazione come ASPP o RSPP
- Esperienze lavorative maturate nel campo della gestione e del controllo di aspetti e tematiche EHS;
- Conoscenza della normativa in ambito EHS e delle norme ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 19011
- Costruisce strutture e processi che riducono il superfluo/complessità;
- Promuove attività di Continuos Improvement per l’ottimizzazione e la gestione del tempo;
- Ottime abilità organizzative e di adattamento a situazioni mutevoli;
- Si impegna per incontrare le persone, capire prospettive diverse e collaborare efficacemente;
- Proattività ed ottima capacità di problem solving e critical thinking;
- Attitudine al lavoro in team.
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Discreta conoscenza dei sistemi IT;
- Discreta conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua Inglese
