Descrizione del lavoro

We are looking for our Legal Manager, on a transition and temporary mission based in Schio (Italy).

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you are part of a global Legal Function of approximately 10 people (Europe-based), you contribute to protect the Group’s legal interest by positioning yourself as a Business Partner, mainly for any operation related to distribution (B2C/B2B), procurement (Products/Services), corporate law and commercial leases.

You manage one Junior Contract Manager.

**In Italy and internationally**:

- You negotiate, draft, and validate contracts in Italian and English: product or service development contracts, product or service purchasing contracts, partnerships, distribution agreement, sales agreement, general terms and conditions of sales (B2B/B2C)
- You manage a portfolio of international companies (> 25) : drafting the legal documentation for the approval of the annual accounts, administrative follow-up of the files as well as the updating of the information in the management software, updating the company registers and the performance of formalities (paper or electronically), supporting statutory amendments, capital transactions
- You contribute to develop or ensure the continuous improvement of the Group's contractual policy
- You manage pre-litigation, litigation and claims (expertise, customer claims, etc.) in conjunction with law firms, experts...

Qualifiche
- With a higher legal education, you have at least 5 years of professional experience in the industry / international group.
- You have expertise in data privacy, contract law and commercial law.
- You are used to working in English and evolving in an international environment.
- You adopt a global and long-term vision and know how to define a relevant strategy adapted to the needs of your functional perimeter.
- You know how to analyze varied and complex situations with efficiency and pragmatism, as well as synthesize and make accessible your analyses.
- Field oriented, you know how to take initiatives and you have a good ability to adapt.
- You naturally work in a network, with a multitude of actors in transversal organizations.

Occasional trips in Italy, France or abroad are to be expected.
