**Responsibilities**:
**Property Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties.
- Conduct property inspections, including both furnished and unfurnished units.
- Collaborate with landlords and tenants to address concerns and ensure tenant satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of property conditions and lease agreements.

**Real Estate Services**:

- Assist clients in the search for residential properties, considering their preferences and requirements.
- Conduct property showings and provide detailed explanations of each property's components.
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
- Keep abreast of market trends and property values to provide informed advice to clients.

**Client Liaison**:

- Act as a liaison between property owners, realtors, or designated points of contact (POC), and private rental occupants.
- Provide interpretation and translation services for housing-related matters.
- Respond to phone calls and in-person requests to address private rental issues.

**Application Procedures**:
**Utility Services**:

- Represent renters during the activation and deactivation of utility services.
- Provide interpretation services related to utility services.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum of three years of experience working with residential properties in Italy as either a Property Manager or Real Estate Agent.
- Proven track record of successful property management or real estate transactions.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- In-depth understanding of residential property components and systems.
- Familiarity with Italian real estate laws and regulations.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

**Language Proficiency**:

- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**License**:

- Valid real estate license in Italy.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, or a related field.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to provide a resume demonstrating past experience in the specified scope of work.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of local and host nation traffic, safety, and environmental requirements.
