**La tua nuova azienda**Per una primaria multinazionale leader nel settore del Business Process Outsourcing, stiamo ricercando una figura di Sales Director specializzata nel mercato della Pubblica Amministrazione Centrale, che avrà il compito di delineare e implementare una strategia di espansione del business sui principali attori della PAC.
**Il tuo nuovo ruolo**
- Definizione di una strategia di sviluppo del mercato PAC;
- Gestione dei contratti in essere, attraverso attività di account management, up-selling e cross-selling;
- Attività di accreditamento, semina e "hunting" presso gli stakeholder della PA Centrale e le principali centrali d'acquisto pubbliche, predisposizione e risposta a gare, creazione di RTI.
**Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo**
- Possesso di un titolo di Laurea, preferibilmente STEM (per questa selezione da considerarsi come un requisito mandatori);
- 5-10 anni di esperienza come Sales Manager / Sales Executive verso il settore Pubblico;
- Pregressa esperienza nella gestione gare di appalto pubbliche, di convenzioni Consip e nella creazione di RTI;
- Provenienza da settori affini quali: System Intgration, Digital Transformation, BPO, ecc.

Contratto a tempo indeterminato, con inquadramento dirigenziale.
Sede di lavoro: Roma, con disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio italiano.
