**Responsibilities**:
LAVORO SVOLTO1) Creazione/implementazione del piano di Marketing per la linea di riferimento2) Svolgere analisi dei dati di vendita e azioni di Intelligence sulla concorrenza3) Fornire feedback verso i colleghi dell’Headquarter Europeo
- 4) Creazione e implemantazione dei launch-package dei prodotti della linea di riferimento.5) Creare e gestire la documentazione, l’anagrafiche prodotti e i listini di vendita6) Organizzare training per la Forza Vendita o per HCP sui prodotti / servizi7) Pianificare e organizzare la partecipazione ai Congressi nazionali8) Sviluppo e ottimizzazione dei prodotti Service attraverso attività di upstream marketing, attività di marketing intelligence, identificazione di opportunità di crescita al fine di creare un processo e una value proposition in linea con gli standard del mercato.9) Gestione operativa di offerte/contratti di Service in relazione al ciclo di vita dei prodotti (incluso price setting and maintainance)10) Adattamento delle strategie europee e implementazione a livello locale11) Supporto al Team Sales del Service nella raccolta dei documenti per le gare, nello sviluppo di report di analisi in supporto ai SAM

LIVELLO DI ESPERIENZAEsperienza pluriennale nel product management in realtà multinazionali possibilmente simili o maggiori per dimensione.TITOLO DI STUDIOLaurea in materie economiche o Ingegneria biomedica o affiniLINGUEConoscenza lingua Inglese sia scritta che parlata a livellodiscreto  buono  ottimo XCONOSCENZE E CAPACITA’Ottime capacità manageriali, gestionali e relazionali.Forte motivazione e capace di fornire una eccellente immagine professionale grazie a ottime capacità comunicative (anche in pubblico), organizzative e di individuazione delle soluzioni ai problemi.Determinato nel perseguimento degli obiettivi prefissati, dinamico, ottima attitudine al lavoro di squadra e capace di lavorare efficacemente anche sotto pressioneBuona conoscenza dei principali applicativi del pacchetto Office e abitudine all’utilizzo di sistemi informatici gestionali.
