Quality Assurance Specialist

**A Snapshot of Your Day**:
The Quality Assurance Engineer supports the Quality Manager to provide consistent business-based quality planning in projects and a coordinated quality plan in accordance with customer specifications. The QA Engineer is also involved in the continuous monitoring of the company results in term of quality and performances by a quality information system that includes KPIs.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**:
In the short term you will
- Support activities in the Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety department: analysis of customer specification and selection of key tasks regarding quality and EHS;
- Support the preparation of the Quality Plan, Quality Control Plan and Test procedures according to the customer requirements and internal procedures;
- Preparation and preliminary analysis of quality data for the company KPIs;
- Active participation to cross-functional working groups for quality aspects and customer satisfaction and claim management;
- Supervision of the Non-conformity management system and revision of the procedures, working instruction and records according to client and internal rules.

As a further development based on the evaluation of the gained skills and personal dedication, the activities could be extended to include Supplier Quality Management topics:

- Supplier qualification processes and related maintenance activities
- Supplier audit planning in collaboration with Quality Management and the dedicated central functions
- Possibility to become a supplier auditor
- Supplier evaluation process and quality support for supplier claim management.

**What You Bring****:

- Hard-working and prepared to handle issues related to quality in a dynamic company;
- Previous working experience of at least 2 years in a plant with a production department
- Proficient in Italian and English, both written and spoken;
- Good knowledge of the MS Office softwares (including Access);
- Flexibility and curiosity;
- Strong orientation to team working; market focus and good communication skills;
**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge of ISO 9000 family standards will be considered as preferable.
- Auditor qualification for ISO 9001 management system
- Basic comprehension of written Spanish and French
