You will be working on exciting opportunities that require deep proven experience and creativity to solve. Your job will be to simplify the complex, and be a credible, trusted advisor for customers and your teammates. As part of this role, you'll be one of a handful of domain experts for Frame.ios Solution Team. You will create workflow diagrams, informative materials, marketing collateral and use-cases, which clearly articulate the context and value of Frame.io and the Adobe Experience Cloud in the customers daily work stream. In this role you will also assist in evolving the Solutions Team to ensure we continue at the forefront of industry knowledge, customer empathy and implementation. Deep knowledge of media production and/or post production industryExceptional analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong listening skills with ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organizationStrong attention to detail, exceptionally hands-on in all the work youredoingAbility to clearly communicate sophisticated ideas both verbally and in writingOrganized, able to balance multiple work streams at once and multi-taskWork collaboratively in a team environmentYou are a curious self-starter who is inventive and able to work on projects with mínimal mentorshipPassion for developing talentHigh level of energy, personal drive, and positivityIdeal Skills & Background Five years in a production, post production or digital marketing environmentExperience with production and/or post production technology systems (MAM, DAM, NLEs, and other related systems)Some knowledge of programming languages and codingExperience with Forms and Documents processes a plusProject management skills in delivering on time solutions that routinely exceed customer needs.Familiar and skilled with graphics programs to craft presentations (i.e., Adobe XD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Miro or Keynote)Self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer supportStrong verbal and writing skills (writing samples advantageous)Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skillsSome travel may be required but very little anticipatedYour benefits:

$140,500 - $182,500At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base - commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
