Cognizant Italy is expanding its SAP team and we are looking for an SAP HR Consultant with previous experience in Payroll.

What will be your main responsibilities?
- Lead & Knowledge Transition of **SAP HR ( PAYROLL)** for large SAP system from existing vendor.
- Document the Knowledge acquired and share the Application knowledge with larger teams.
- Lead/Build & Mentor an offshore delivery team compromising of varied level of skills & experience - as needed.
- Contribution in **SAP HR ( PAYROLL)** area to solving tickets against SLA.
- Run production issue calls & get to a resolution including but not limited to Trouble shooting complex production issues.
- Proactively find & implement improvement opportunities - improvements implemented this shall be a KPI.
- Should work in Incidents / Service Requests / Problem Management / Minor Enhancements based on business needs
- Work collaboratively with teams located in a different geography and deliver the project needs.
- Follow AMS/AVM processes & ensure the entire team adheres to it.
- Adhere to SLAs & ensure the team adheres to the SLAs.
- Prepare/Present status reports as needed.
- Participate and drive Weekly Operational Meetings (WOM) calls with business stakeholders for the respective module

**Requirements**:
1. **SAP HR (PAYROLL)** consultant with at least 5+ years of experience.

2. **Excellent knowledge in **Payroll /HR to Fi/Co integration / Time Management/Personal Administration

3. Experience with Integrated HR and Rostering Solutions

4. Exposure to SAP Fiori and an understanding of user experience (UX) concepts

5. Knowledge in any other SAP functional areas - will be added advantage.

6. At least 2 years of working experience in onsite-offshore model.

7. Willingness to work in L2, L3 roles.

8. Prior Experience in AMS is desired.

9. Should be good in Business English communication.

10. Strong communication skills both in English and Italian
