Junior Operational Coordinator La risorsa presa, relazionandosi con i colleghi/e delle diverse divisioni, con gli agenti e clienti nazionali ed intenazionali, si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
- Supporto nella gestione delle pratiche operative nei diversi segmenti del processo attraverso l'utilizzo del software aziendale; Supporto nella preparazione dei preventivi per servizi diretti - per conto di terzi; Preparazione della documentazione necessaria per l'esecuzione del singolo come previsto dalla procedura interna; Verifica che la documentazione sia stata compilata in maniera adeguata da parte del personale esterno; Inserimento delle informazioni necessarie nel sistema aziendale per la compilazione del calendario, la preparazione delle squadre operative/esterne e delle istruzioni necessarie per l'esecuzione del singolo servizio; Compilazione dei vari formulari relativi ai diversi servizi quali schede costi stimati, prefatture attiva e verifica e controllo delle fatture passive fornitori collegate alle pratiche operative fornitori; Supporto nel controllo schede giornaliere degli operai esterni.:
- Esperienza pregressa, anche mínima, in attività di assistenza alla clien**a;
- Buona dimestichezza con il paccConfidenziale Office in particolare -Conoscenza intermedia della lingua inglese;
- Gradita la conoscenza della lingua francese;Completano il profilo buone doti comunicative, spiccato senso di responsabilità, capacità nelle relazioni con i clienti /colleghi, gestione della pressione in momenti di particolare carichi di lavoro dovuti alla stagionalità del settore, capacità di lavorare in team, gestione delle problematiche e capacità di problem solving.:
