You will join a dynamic and structured team in charge to develop hardware solutions at the heart of Wi-Fi processing unit into STM32 microcontroller wireless product family.
- You will be requested to support the architectural challenges of the PHY section and to create advanced algorithms for Wi-Fi sub-system.
- You will follow all the steps in digital signal processing block-chain development, as well as participate in the evolution of the design family, adopting advanced design techniques from system architecture definition to implementation in hardware.

**Profile**:

- Qualifications:

- MS or PhD degree with 8+ years of related work experience
- System and big picture knowledge of Wireless Communication systems and components and their interworking
- Deep understanding of Wireless product platforms, RFIC transceiver architectures and trade-offs, analog and digital signal processing and communication systems.
- Must have strong competency in modeling complex communication and signal processing algorithms.
- Knowledge of WLAN PHY and protocols (11a/b/g/n/ac/ax) are a big plus
- WLAN MAC and Wi-Fi Alliance specifications preferred.
- Knowledgeable on digital baseband calibration techniques to correct RF impairments.
- Must be able to conduct system simulation in MATLAB and C, performance optimization and architectural trade-off and to generate bit true reference model and test pattern to drive the hardware implementation.
- Previous exposure to chip bring-up and characterization and debug would be a great plus in this position.
- Adaptability, Flexibility, Creativity/Innovation, good communication skills
- Strong teamworking skills, fluent in spoken/written English.
