**Sales Specialist - Drives, Motors & PLC**:

**This position reports to**:
Sales Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Selling products/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Divisions.
- Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
- Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.
- Using your knowledge of customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers.
- Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.

**Your background**:

- A Technical background/Degree in Engineering field (electronic/ electrotechnical).
- At least 5 years of experience in sales.
- Knowledge of Inverter, Drives & PLC, experience with direct market as OEM' Machinery, System Integrator.
- Good knowledge of English.
- A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
