Per un’importante azienda specializzata nella produzione di attrezzature per la demolizione, come martelli demolitori idraulici, si ricerca la figura di un responsabile per lo stabilimento produttivo di Bari.

**Principali responsabilità**:
La risorsa ricercata, in qualità di responsabile di stabilimento, dovrà riportare direttamente al responsabile di produzione e/o all'amministratore unico.

**Principali attività**:

- Raccolta e analisi dei dati di produzione
- Programmazione delle attività
- Coordinamento e valutazione delle risorse affidate, circa 30
- Raggiungimento degli obiettivi e dei risultati nei tempi richiesti
- Efficientamento delle risorse
- Manutenzione dello stabilimento
- Programmazione degli approvvigionamenti
- Implementazione di strategie per ottimizzare le performance aziendali
- Tutela degli standard aziendali

**Principali caratteristiche richieste**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica
- Esperienza di 5 anni come responsabile di stabilimento
- Esperienza pluriennale all'interno di una fabbrica
- Partecipazione a corsi di formazione e di aggiornamento riguardanti la figura di -Plant Manager
- Conoscenze e competenze nell'ambito della carpenteria metallica
- Conoscenza dei sistemi di assemblaggio di carpenteria e saldatura, anche robotizzata, taglio ossi/plasma
- Conoscenze e competenze nelle lavorazioni meccaniche ed asportazioni truciolo, CNC
- Competenze di pianificazione e conoscenza di programmi idonei alla stesura di planning produttivi
- Conoscenza e implementazione di strategie di ottimizzazione delle performance aziendali
- Gestione efficace ed efficiente di tutte le risorse a disposizione
- Conoscenza delle seguenti applicazioni: CAD/CAM, AS400, MES
- Capacità di problem solving
- Flessibilità e attitudine al team work
- Determinazione e orientamento ai risultati
- Capacità ad operare in un contesto dinamico e complesso
- Proattività
- Abilità di analisi e sintesi per orientare l'interpretazione dei dati verso soluzioni migliorative

- Disponibilità a lavorare con flessibilità di orari in relazione alle esigenze
- Disponibilità a trasferte anche all'estero
