**Sap SuccessFactors Project Manager
Our Client is a global company with more than 37,000 employees.

**Primary function**:
The SAP SuccessFactors Business analyst provide guidance and expertise on HR business processes, from process design through to process execution analyzing HR business process changes, issues and requirements to be addressed with SAP SuccessFactors solution. Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements by leveraging standard SAP SuccessFactors functionalities. Ensure Application Maintenance is performed according to Service Level Agreements with vendors and with full business satisfaction ensuring that quarterly SAP SuccessFactors solution enhancement are reviewed and adopted to maximize benefit for the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- SAP SuccessFactors global solution implementation and governance (i.e. quarterly releases).
- Provide expert advice on SuccessFactors functionality in relation to the HR processes in scope
- Lead conversations with key HR stakeholders to understand as-is environment and advise on strategic and tactical roadmap with suitable solutions.
- Support cyber security initiatives, strength disaster recovery procedure and support and internal and external audit requests following company policy.
- Contribute to control economics of the respective responsibility domain

**Job specifications**:

- Must have ability to interact with ICT pears and key business users with minimum of supervision.
- Must be able to coordinate and control external resources (i.e. vendors).
- Must be able to interact with internal business stakeholders and navigate within large global organizations
- Must be able to communicate and seek support of direct manager when appropriate.

**Hard Skills**:

- 3-5+ years SAP SuccessFactors experience with at least one end to end SuccessFactors project implementation and delivery experience.
- year university degree preferred - Engineering, mathematics, statistics or similar through experience.
- Strong SuccessFactors skills. It’s considered preferential title the certification in one or more modules of SuccessFactors including Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Recruiting and Onboarding, Compensation and Variable Pay, Performance and Goal Management, Succession and Career Development, Learning, People Analytics, Workforce Analytics or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of business Process on the HR area.
- Experience on SAP BTP and SAP HR are preferential title.
