DESCRIPTION

Verify that the incoming material complies with quality requirements and job requirements.

Tasks to do

Incoming material control

Control of material certificates with reference to order requirements

Management of material certificates

Management of any necessary supplementary tests or re-tests

Instrument calibration task management

Drafting and management of any non-conformities

Prior knowledge and skills

Diploma in technical or equivalent culture;

In-depth technical expertise regarding materials.

Knowledge of the main ASME/ASTM - EN product standards.

Knowledge of mechanical tests.

Ability to read and interpret specific contracts, limited to the part concerning materials.

Organization and precision

Team working;

Problem solving;

Basic knowledge of quality management system, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
