**La Capri S.r.**l, realtà multinazionale italiana del fashion retail è alla ricerca di un* architetto/ingegnere/geometra da inserire nel team all’interno dell’Ufficio tecnico.
- programmazione delle attività di manutenzione preventiva, ordinaria, straordinaria sugli impianti (Corporate & Retail) e controllo dei lavori eseguiti;
- sovraintendere al personale e/o imprese assegnatogli facendo osservare le regole aziendali e le norme e le misure di sicurezza generali e specifiche;
- elaborazione delle offerte di acquisto materiali, attraverso studio tecnico, economico e di fattibilità

Completano il profilo orientamento agli obiettivi, capacità di lavorare in un'organizzazione complessa, capacità di lavorare in team, buone capacità comunicative verbali e scritte, buone capacità organizzative e gestione efficace del tempo.

Si richiede:

- Conoscenza della normativa sulla sicurezza aziendale;
- Buona conoscenza di AutoCad
- Buona conoscenza di impianti e quadri elettrici industriali

.è preferibile aver maturato esperienza in ambito retail
