Rubix SpA è leader italiano nella distribuzione di forniture industriali con più di 30 sedi sul territorio italiano e oltre 800 dipendenti. Dal 2015, Rubix SpA (già Minetti SpA) è entrata a far parte del Gruppo Rubix e, con la propria storia e competenza nel mercato italiano, ha contribuito a consolidare il ruolo di leader europeo del Gruppo.
Rubix SpA ricerca un “Sales Support” da inserire nell’area Tools, a diretto riporto dell’internal sales manager.
- sviluppo delle offerte commerciali;
- gestione degli ordini (dall'inserimento attraverso il gestionale aziendale, al monitoraggio fino all'evasione);
- preparazione di reportistica commerciale tramite il programma Excel;
- gestione della corrispondenza e dei rapporti con clienti, prevalentemente nazionali, dei fornitori, tramite mail/telefono;
- collaborazione con il personale di magazzino per garantire che gli ordini vengano evasi correttamente;
- cooperazione con l’ufficio acquisti per l’approvvigionamento dei prodotti richiesti;
- confronto con l’ufficio amministrazione per i pagamenti delle fatture e possibili insoluti.
Completano il profilo la capacità di lavorare in team, flessibilità e problem solving.
La provenienza dal mondo tools sarà considerato un plus.
