_Karriere_, Società di Ricerca & Selezione (Aut. Min. 131/2018) operante nel settore Moda-Lusso, ha l'obiettivo di individuare una/un _**Sales Associate **_per lo storico e prestigioso Brand Uomo **PAL ZILERI **gestito da FORALL CONFEZIONI S.p.A..

Ti unirai al _Team _dello Store di Via Manzoni, Milano, per offrire la miglior _customer experience_ in fase di vendita dei prodotti dello Store, accompagnando il Cliente nel viaggio alla ricerca dell’abito su misura che lo rappresenti e gli assicuri vestibilità, comodità, praticità ed eleganza.

Collaborerai con i colleghi nel:

- contribuire al raggiungimento dei target di vendita, fornendo un adeguato servizio alla clientela, attraverso la tempestiva e corretta comprensione dei bisogni;
- garantire l’accoglienza, l’assistenza e l’orientamento del Cliente durante il processo di acquisto, mantenendo un elevato livello di servizio per assicurandone la soddisfazione;
- assicurare l'individuazione e la segnalazione dei prodotti a lenta rotazione, delle eventuali insoddisfazioni della clientela, e delle eventuali problematiche rilevate nel corso dell'attività di vendita in modo da verificare come stimolare e vendite e mantenere un processo di miglioramento continuo;
- contribuire alla gestione dei processi operativi del punto vendita (cassa, ricevimenti, trasferimenti, venduti, resi, ordini, inventario, visual merchandising);
- diventando il riferimento per le iniziative dedicate all’interno della rete Retail e supportando le vendite wholesales;
- assicurando il monitoraggio dell'andamento delle consegne per MTM e mantenendo una relazione empatica con il Cliente.

Requisiti
- Esperienza (3+) nell’attività di vendita negozio e/o di MTM specialist
- Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese (scritta e parlata); la seconda lingua francese costituirà titolo preferenziale
- Conoscenza tessuti e accessori
- Organizzata/o e precisa/o con dedizione e attenzione ai dettagli
- Comunicazione e ascolto empatici
- Capacità di risoluzione dei problemi
- Gestione report
- Team player
- Entusiasta nel contribuire all’accelerazione del percorso di crescita dell’azienda
- Conoscenza informatica: Cassa, Gestione Ordini
