**Posizione**:
As a **Logistic Specialist** you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing inbound and outbound shipments to customer plants located across the globe. Your primary focus will be on ensuring smooth logistics operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the overall supply chain management process. You will be part of a dynamic team in a multicultural and fast-paced context.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, review, and maintain accurate shipping and logistics documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to obtain and verify accuracy of necessary documentation, such as commercial invoice, packing list, delivery note and certificates of origin.
- Collaborate closely with customer service and warehouse teams for organization, prioritization and scheduling of outbound shipments, including customer contact for carrier definition, pick up scheduling, AWB creation and registration in the customer portal.
- Monitor and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely arrival at destination.
- Collaborate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth customs clearance for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Communicate shipment status updates to relevant parties, resolving any potential delays or issues proactively.

**Requisiti**:
**Education**

Degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or a related field.

**Technical skills (mandatory)**
- Proven experience in inbound / outbound logistics (3 years)
- Good knowledge in MS Excel
- Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
- Good level of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of international shipping

**Technical skills (nice to have)**
- Previous experience working in logistics for automotive industry
- Knowledge of customs regulations

**Soft skills**:

- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
