Local Product Group Manager
Your responsibilities Build strong long-lasting relationships with local ABB robotics organizations in the main European and Americas countries and with their key-accounts.
Prospect for potential new customer focusing on specific countries growth plans.
Plan, design develop and implement different sales activities by researching customer's needs and requirements.
Work in close cooperation with the GSC organization presenting business trends in order to drive the solutions/services development to meet future customer needs.
Ensure that the all the sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.
Use knowledge of the market and competitors in orderto identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Submit regular progress reports and ensure data is accurate. Ensure regular update and professional usage of the company’s CRM (SFDC).
Contribute to the team’s results visiting customers and supporting local sales activities.
Achieve challenging growth targets by acquiring new customers and identifying emerging markets and market trends. Monitor competition and technology trends.
Cooperate within the organization with the bid & proposal, and the project execution teams as well as with the after sales organization to solve issues and improve products, processes and services.
Your background University degree (e.g. Engineering, Economics and similar);
At least 5 years of experience in Automotive Paints business segment, plants and technologies; experience gained in technical or sales roles;
Availability for work travels (e.g. USA, Mexico, Europe, China);
Fluent English;
International networking, strong business sense and industry expertise, strategic thinking and planning;
Proven ability to communicate, present and influence al all level of the organizations. Negotiation capabilities and team building skills.
