**MAIN PURPOSE**

The Accounting & Reporting Intern cooperates, during his internship period, with the team and the manager to ensure strong financial accounting, control and reporting and accuracy of financial information under IFRS and Italian GAAP, for the several Legal Entities of the Richemont Group in Italy & Greece.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting to the Accounting & Reporting Manager, the person will - for some entities in the Group within the market scope:

- Manage General accounting records (e.g. accruals, deferrals, accounting reclassifications, etc);
- Manage Controlling accounting records;
- Accounting Controls and reconciliations;
- Support the preparation of monthly Reporting Packages in compliance with Group Principles and IFRS;
- Monitor of Intercompany Reconciliations for Reporting purposes;
- Support the preparation of the statutory financial statements;
- Cooperate closely with internal and/or external auditors.
- Provide data and support to the FP&A department to facilitate the preparation and update of forecasts and budgets.
- _Support the tax calculations in cooperation with tax advisors._
- _Participate to adhoc projects, analysis, reports set up_
- _Manage the _Chart of Account analysis: identify in which account the expenses should be posted with the goal to harmonize the keep booking between the Italian Group entities and to write down the guidelines to provide to the several stakeholders;

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Background**
- Degree/Bachelor in Economics or Business Administration
- Previous experiences in the Finance Department is a plus

**Languages Knowledge**
- Fluent in Italian and English

**IT Knowledge**
- Microsoft Office Excellence
- SAP knowledge will be a plus

**Personal skills**
