Si ricerca, con presenza nello studio di Roma, un Junior Associate (0/2 PQE) con una formazione ed esperienza (anche internazionale) antitrust.
Il dipartimento ‘Antitrust, Competition & Trade’ ricerca un profilo da inserire nel proprio _team_ in Italia (presente negli studi di Roma e Milano, e fortemente integrato nel _network_ internazionale) per l’ampliamento dell’organico. Il _team_ si occupa di tutti i profili collegati al diritto della concorrenza italiano ed europeo, nonché di aiuti di Stato, pratiche commerciali scorrette, Golden Power, settori regolati (in particolare, _energy_ e telecomunicazioni/digitale), nonché del contenzioso amministrativo e civilistico nelle stesse aree e settori.
Si ricerca, con presenza nello studio di Roma, un _Junior _Associate_ con una formazione ed esperienza (anche internazionale) _antitrust_._
Requisiti necessari:
- Eccellente _background_ accademico (laurea in giurisprudenza con votazione non inferiore a 108/110);
- Iscrizione all’Albo degli Avvocati ;
- Esperienza accademica all'estero;
- Pregressa esperienza in studio legale internazionale, o altra esperienza speciica in ambito antitrust;
- Ottima conoscenza, parlata e scritta, della lingua inglese (certificazione C1);
- Grande passione per la materia _antitrust_;
- Predisposizione a lavorare in un vero contesto internazionale;
- Forte attitudine al lavoro di gruppo e al _problem solving;_
- Curiosità intellettuale;
- Precisione, affidabilità e discrezione;
- Flessibilità.
Completano il profilo capacità relazionali e comunicative, sia scritte, sia verbali.
