**Head of Operations Resources Planning and Monitoring**

responsabile di garantire la pianificazione, il monitoraggio e il reporting sulle risorse Operations (HCs e costi), al fine di assicurare il presidio di efficienza e qualità del servizio.

In particolare si occuperà di garantire e gestire:

- l’adeguata allocazione del budget Operations, supervisionando l’ottimizzazione dei costi e assicurando un efficace sistema di reporting interno
- Il monitoraggio delle iniziative progettuali, in termini di stato di avanzamento delle attività, investimenti, capacity, rischi e opportunità, etc.
- Il monitoraggio della qualità dei processi e dei servizi di Operations (incluso IT), nonché la promozione di iniziative di performance improvement

Sarà inoltre responsabile della gestione e del monitoraggio dei contratti, delle performance (SLA) e dei rischi operativi associati ai principali fornitori di Operations e di supportare le funzioni competenti nella definizione della strategia Operations e della manutenzione del sistema dei Controlli.

**Your Profile**
**Esperienza richiesta**:

- 10-15 anni di esperienza, preferibilmente in società di consulenza
- Laurea in Economia o in Ingegneria
- Leadership, problem solving, teamwork
- Preferenziale esperienza e conoscenza del mondo Financial Services
- Esperienza nella gestione di procedure IT/Data
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
