POSITION

The Continuous Improvement Specialist, supports the operations setting-up the factory resources in order to deliver the best performance to the customer.

The position is based in Fermo.

**Main Responsabilities**:

- Designing factory layout in cooperation with stakeholders;
- Workstations balancing in order to improve OLE;
- Organizing workstations to give benefit to workers and improve performance;
- Designing equipment in cooperation with our suppliers;
- Promoting and managing continuous improvement activities;
- Bringing lean manufacturing culture leading training sessions and lean projects;
- Leading recurring Kaizen events with workers and employees;
- Ensuring the equipment availability through a maintenance plan;
- Executing cycle-time analysis;
- Supporting the launch of new products;
- Ensure monitoring e respecting of company target KPIs.

PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
- 3-4 years’ experience in similar roles;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Excellent skills with MS Office;
- Knowledge of CAD, MES, APS and lean tools;
- Lean and Green belt certifications are a plus;
- Good knowledge of shoes production processes is a plus;
- Knowledge of Stealth 3000 and Model Form is a plus;
- Strong analytical skills and synthesis ability;
- Good relational skills;
- Excellent communication skills, attention to details and high level of accuracy;
- Problem solving;
- Flexibility and pro-activity;
- Strong Self-Motivation;
- Passion for Fashion and Luxury.
