**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
We are currently seeking a Licensing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of licensing operations, including dealing with new potential licensing partners, strengthening collaboration with active licensees, and ensuring the achievement of economic objectives from contracts with specific licensing accounts. Additionally, you will coordinate and manage requests of interest from prospect licensees, handle documentation fulfillment and procedures, make presentations to prospect licensees, assist the Head of Licensing on special projects, liaise continuously with licensees, manage royalties reporting, oversee invoicing to customers, control the approval flow, and achieve the allocated budget for assigned categories.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with new potential licensing partners in line with internal strategy.
- Strengthen collaboration with existing licensees.
- Ensure achievement of economic objectives from contracts with specific licensing accounts.
- Follow up and support on licensees' needs, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage requests from prospect licensees and related follow-up.
- Handle documentation fulfillment and procedures.
- Make presentations to prospect licensees.
- Assist the Head of Licensing on special projects.
- Maintain continuous communication with licensees.
- Manage royalties reporting.
- Oversee invoicing to customers.
- Control the approval flow.
- Achieve allocated budget for assigned categories.

**Requirements**:

- Preferred field experience in Licensing (Minimum 2 years)
- Proficiency in Italian and English is a must.
- Soft skills: commercial predisposition, strong communication skills, empathy, willingness to learn and grow.
