**Technical Service Desk**

**Descrizione attività**:
Presa in carico, gestione e risoluzione in autonomia richieste sui dispositivi mobili mediante intervento da remoto Help desk II livello. In particolar modo:

- Gestione dei Device mobili e PDA
- Supporto ed assistenza di II livello relativo alle problematiche legate ai Device mobili e PDA aziendali (principalmente basati su Android e, marginalmente IOS);
- Registrazione ed aggiornamento dei Device mobili e PDA effettuata attraverso strumenti (MDM ed EMM) in uso presso il Cliente;
- Erogazione del supporto (relativo a problematiche di tipo HW, applicativo e di connettività) per i Device mobili e PDA;
- Aggiornamento delle informazioni relative agli apparati sugli strumenti MDM ed EMM;
- Rilascio centralizzato di applicazioni da effettuarsi attraverso gli strumenti (MDM ed EMM) in uso presso il Cliente

**Requisiti**:

- Comprovata conoscenza dell’ecosistema Google, Android ed iOS.
- Comprovata conoscenza e padronanza degli strumenti di Mobile Device Management (MDM) ed EMM: Samsung Knox, Iron Mobile, Google - Workspace One.
