**Descrizione**:
**Vodafone Internship Program** is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master’s students, which allows you to spend 6 months of as an active member in one of our teams.
After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management. You will gain independence in performing the tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving your goals. It includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation.
The Internship Program may be just the first step of you career in Vodafone. In fact, it will allow you to be part of the selection process for our Discover Program

**Role Purpose**: Joining our Finance team the intern will have a clear scope of responsibilities, owning key finance reporting process having high level of visibility.
The inter will support the rest of the team as a business partners providing accurate financial and management data, useful for improving business performance. The main responsibilities of our financial department are the coordination and supervision of all accounting and tax aspects, the preparation of budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes, the preparation of the statutory and consolidated financial statements, the evaluation and management of risk through the implementation of internal controls, medium-long term financial planning in terms of financial needs and cash flow

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Owner of the Weekly Report
- Evaluation of Business case driving Capex expenses
- Through these activities, you will have the opportunity to participate in the development, delivering, maintenance and improvement of Vodafone financial performances

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- We are looking for students or recent graduates in Corporate Finance, Accounting, Financial Management and Control, someone who embraces new technologies and a continuously learning approach

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Top academic performance
- Proficient both in Italian and in English;
- International Experience
- Solid analytical skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent analytical mind-set, high attention to detail, and desire to make improvements.
- Strong communication skills, enthusiasm and motivation, fast learner and team player
