The position is responsible for Sixt Sales growth and for expansion of customer portfolio, developing trust and long-term relationships. He or she is responsible for developing new proposals and innovative solutions for existing customers, in the respect of high quality, in order to guarantee they do not turn to competition.

Starting from these, he or she has use data and identify innovative opportunities for sales, in order to improve offers and to increase customer confidence in our service.

Will be responsible also for constant updating of Salesforce system and for quality of the data.

**Responsibilities**:

- Search for new company that could be interested in car rental accord and ask for a meeting
- Meet the specific referent that could give a specific idea of company needs
- Obtain deep information of customer needs and requirements and understand how they relate to our products
- Analyze client request and create an offer that meet their needs
- Write down the proposal and send the contract to client, in the respect of deadline
- Develop the relationships with existing customers, proposing innovative solutions that meet their objectives
- Maintain contacts with customers and solve any issues or problems or complaints, in order to maintain confidence
- Plan sales actions based on territory opportunities
- Monitor leads, provided by the system, (dealing with part of those by himself) and set deadline for calling them
- Contact and meet leads, according to goal and deadline
- Ensure that all new clients receive written proposal and contract as soon as the meeting ends
- Ensure that all information about sales and clients are inserted and updated in Salesforce system, paying attention to data quality
- Meet clients to propose new solution, proving them that we are paying attention to their experience and to their needs
- Proven working experience in Sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication and dealing skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and maintain their confidence
- Ability to analyse client’s request and provide solutions based on their needs
- Innovative thinking
- Dedication to high quality and to customer experience
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Ability to travel 60 - 70 %
- English fluent
- Salesforce knowledge will be considered an added value

**Additional Information**:
The role reports hierarchically to Executive Sales Manager and will be based in our headquarter in Segrate.
