Per prestigioso Gruppo metalmeccanico di respiro internazionale nel settore degli impianti, siamo alla ricerca di un/a **Manufacturing Mechanical Technologist.**

La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno del Dipartimento Manufacturing Engineering, funzione aziendale coinvolta nei processi e nelle attività di miglioramento ed evoluzione degli impianti di produzione, attraverso l’introduzione di nuove tecnologie e metodologie di lavoro.

**Compiti e responsabilità**:

- Introdurre nuovi metodologie e nuovi processi produttivi legati alla lavorazione della lamiera a freddo, attraverso l’analisi delle esigenze e delle opportunità tecniche disponibili in azienda o nel mercato;
- Supportare la fase di definizione, progettazione e introduzione di nuovi flussi e processi produttivi (attività operative, tempistiche, budget,);
- Riorganizzare i processi produttivi esistenti alla luce dell'introduzione di nuove tecnologie, considerando indicatori di qualità, efficienza e ritorno dell’investimento;
- Collaborare con gli enti interni direttamente collegati alla produzione (Ufficio Tecnico, Programmazione della Produzione, Operations) per l’introduzione delle nuove fasi e metodologie di lavoro;
- Collaborare con l’Ufficio Acquisti per la gestione dei fornitori al fine di internalizzare nei processi produttivi nuovi metodi e fasi di lavoro.

**Requisiti necessari**:

- È necessaria esperienza pregressa in realtà manifatturiere, sull’introduzione di nuove metodologie operative e flussi produttivi (es. installazione di nuove attrezzature e riadattamento dei processi);
- Conoscenza dei macchinari, delle tecniche di progettazione tipiche del mondo della lavorazione a freddo della lamiera;
- Attenzione all’ottimizzazione dei processi, compresa la pianificazione delle attività, l'allocazione delle risorse e il rispetto dei tempi.

- Orientamento ed interesse all'ottimizzazione dei processi;
- Attitudine alla pianificazione e buone capacità organizzative;
- Doti relazionali;
- Rispetto delle tempistiche.

**Sede di lavoro**: l'attività di analisi iniziale verrà svolta presso la sede di Bassano del Grappa (VI) ed è prevista una modalità ibrida di lavoro, con giorni in smartworking settimanali. Il reparto produttivo verrà poi internalizzato presso la sede di Mignagola (TV) dove verrà richiesta la presenza della persona diventandone la sede di lavoro principale.
