**REQUISITI**:

- Si richiede:
- Esperienza (3-5 anni) in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente in aziende del settore metalmeccanico o società di consulenza IT;
- Preferibile Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria, Economia o Informatica;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office 365;
- Ottima conoscenza funzionale di SAP ERP modulo PP. La conoscenza dei moduli MM, WM e QM è considerata un plus;
- Ottima conoscenza delle soluzioni di pianificazione della produzione, schedulazione della produzione e dei sistemi MES (avanzamento produzione) e QMS (gestione qualità);
- Buona conoscenza delle metodologie di gestione progetti (waterfall, agile, scrum,...) e dei processi di service desk (ITIL);
- Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese per interfaccia con i colleghi esteri;
- Disponibilità a brevi trasferte sia nazionali che internazionali (40 giorni/anno al massimo).

**POSIZIONE LAVORATIVA
**IT DEMAND AMBIENTE SAP - PROGETTI OPERATION La figura inserita, coordinata dal Global IT Director, si occuperà di: - raccogliere le necessità in arrivo dalle funzioni di riferimento (Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing and Quality), definendo le priorità e verificandone la fattibilità rispetto al piano di sviluppo IT;
- preparare un’ipotesi di soluzione progettuale, dettagliando tempi/costi dell'iniziativa e mettendo in evidenza impatti sull'organizzazione e sui processi;
- seguire i progetti d’implementazione soluzioni in ambito di pianificazione, schedulazione, MES e gestione magazzini per tutto il Gruppo;
- collaborare nei progetti di roll-out e miglioramento continuo relativi all’ambiente SAP ERP per l’area produzione;
- effettuare trasferte presso le sedi del gruppo (Italia ed Estero) per raccogliere e/o implementare le soluzioni richieste;
- verificare che le soluzioni realizzate siano in linea con le aspettative, monitorandone l'efficacia e l'eventuale presenza di criticità.
