We are looking for a BIM Specialist/Coordinator with expertise and practical experience on the industrial/chemical/Oil&Gas sectors in order to strength our Construction team

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop the BIM model for concrete/steel structures starting from preliminary informations and aligned with standards and workflow criteria
- Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines
- Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data from the BIM platform
- Set up linked models and coordinate it across disciplines
- Support the construction phase with fast checks, fast extraction of info from the model and lifting feasible studies
- Research new BIM related software

**Technical Requirements**:

- Experience as BIM Coordinator/Specialist.
- Experience in use of software AllPlan and/or Tekla.
- Experience in design of steel and concrete structures (only geometric design, no calculation).
- Experience in all design phases (layout/feed, basic design, detail design).
- Experience in preliminary lifting feasible studies (crane positioning and interferences checks).
- Experience in material quantities take-off from AllPlan/Tekla.
- At least 5-years’ experience in industrial/chemical/O&G sector.
