Corporate Financial Controller

- Supporting Local Controlling team for the assigned Subsidiaries in preparing Managerial Reporting (Actual, Budget, Forecasts), sharing and fostering common tools, procedures and best practices among them to improve efficiencies, effectiveness and business analysis.
- Supporting subsidiaries Managers in deploying HQ decision
- Supporting the HQ accountability team in granting the correctness of the intercompany flows, following the Corporate rules, between both sister and mother companies.
- Improve and optimize operative and accountability flows involving customer/supplier common with sister and mother companies
- Providing ad-hoc analysis, simulations and reports required by Company Management to support decision making and risk management within assigned BU/subsidiaries.

Required profile:

- Master's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related disciplines;
- Minimum 4/5 years of experience. Experience in similar role in a structured multinational companies
- Outstanding analytical skills, problem solving capabilities and a result-driven approach;
- Knowledge of methods and techniques to analyze current and future financial situation identifying trends and problems (actual vs. Budget analysis, variance analysis, etc.);
- Business Acumen and Relational Skills to effectively interact with Finance and Non-Finance people within the organization;
- Strong proficiency in Office Automation software tools, Excel in particular;
- Knowledge of ERP Software (OracleI) will be considered a plus;
- Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken), additional language is an added value;
- Accuracy and stress tolerance in compliance with deadlines;
- Availability to travel
