**The missions you'll be carrying out**:
1. **Sell apparel equipment**
- Serve the customer in accordance with the Group's sales processes.
- Provide impeccable customer service by welcoming, listening and accompanying the customer beyond his or her needs, while demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products, as well as the history and heritage of the Group.
- Ensure cross-selling and up-selling for all product categories.
- Discuss and advise the customer on general trends and developments in the sportswear market, while demonstrating passion for fashion and sportswear products.
- Establish and strengthen relationships with the customer, according to the different nationalities and personalities, and put the customer at ease.

- 2. Managing cash-register and customers**
- Ensure customer information is updated and maintained in accordance with corporate tools (CRM) to retain the customer and identify potential new customers.
- Ensure the achievement of individual and collective objectives, improve and develop the business.
- Ensure product registration and collection.

- You have **experience in a similar position within a Retail Fashion or Sportswear company**.
- You have **a taste for challenge**, pursuing and exceeding individual and collective objectives.
- **Passionate about fashion and sportswear**, you have a very good knowledge of fashion and sportswear products.
- You have **excellent commercial awareness and knowledge of customer** **behavior**, and you know how to adapt to the cultural differences of customers.
- You are a **team player** with strong communication skills.
- You** speak fluently in English and Italian**.
