**FINANCIAL & INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER**
**Posizione**:
Riportando al Responsabile della contabilità e del controllo di gestione, verrà inserito/a all’interno dell’ufficio Finance & Controlling dello stabilimento produttivo di Pisa. Si occuperà di supportare le analisi su specifiche voci di conto economico, la stesura del budget e forecast, il monitoraggio dell’andamento della gestione e la predisposizione della reportistica economico-finanziaria.
**Principali attività e responsabilità**:
- Contribuisce alla gestione del processo di contabilità industriale, al fine di rilevare le efficienze produttive ed i costi dei prodotti;
- Contribuisce all’analisi dei costi di produzione e logística e utilizza strumenti di Business Intelligence (SAP);
- Analizza il trend dei costi relativi ai vari centri di costo di stabilimento (linee di produzione, spese di stabilimento);
- Garantisce il supporto alle attività di stesura del budget e dei forecast periodici e monitora i KPIs e i benchmark per supportare la pianificazione del business;
- Effettua l’analisi dei costi aziendali per tutte le linee di produzione e l’analisi della marginalità su prodotti e clienti;
- Supporta il responsabile della contabilità nella gestione delle pratiche amministrative strettamente legate alla gestione dello stabilimento industriale;
- Si interfaccia con le diverse funzioni aziendali da cui mensilmente raccoglie i dati per l'elaborazione del risultato mensile ed interagisce con le diverse Direzioni per creare attività di analisi e simulazione di scenari prodottivi e/o commerciali;
- Gestisce la reportistica per gli Enti esterni (Istat, Banca d’Italia, Camera di Commercio, etc.);
- Calcola il payback degli investimenti industriali e la classificazione contabile dei cespiti;
- Supporta lo stabilimento nell’aspetto economico-finanziario relativo alle attività di miglioramento continuo;
- E' responsabile del "Cost Deployment" all'interno del programma di miglioramento WCM;
- Supporta le società di revisione.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale;
- Precedente esperienza nel ruolo in contesto industriale di 2 anni;
- Buona conoscenza della contabilità generale e del bilancio;
- Conoscenza SAP;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare uso avanzato di Excel);
- Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese;
- Gradita conoscenza lingua francese (nice to have);
- Disponibilità alla mobilità territorio nazionale ed internazionale (in particolare verso HQ a Milano e/o altri sedi/plant produttive).
