Warehouse Specialist

Our site in **Trento** (**Italy**) is currently looking for a:
**WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST**

Involved in the **Supply Chain** team **of the manufacturing plant**, our Warehouse Specialist ensures that logistics and customs processes in or out of the site are handled quickly, safely, and within budget constraints; proper management of raw materials receival and storage level is another important task of the role as is the continuous improvement mindset to integrate the entire process more efficiently.
- Responsibilities_
- Implement at plant level processes, procedures, and policies to assure effective and efficient results in terms of **Warehousing**:inventory accuracy, productivity, inventory management, picking punctuality**:

- Supervise the **arrival and delivery of goods** and the warehouses’ inventories, including the external ones; guarantees the optimization of the material storage spaces
- Guarantee the **correct documentation** necessary to obtain and preserve the plant licenses according to local legislations and takes care of the administrative deadlines
- Contribute to the **budget **of the department. Assigned costs monitoring.
- Supervise **stock and deliveries** to improve the process and reduce the costs.
- Requirements_
- **Fluency in English is a prerequisite**:

- ** Technical High School or University Degree** within an industrial / manufacturing field of studies
- **3+ years of experience in logistics / material supply within a multi-product manufacturing environment**:

- Experienced in warehouse and **material supply methodologies**, preferably including Lean principles
- Solid knowledge of warehouse options, legal issues, government regulations, and safety procedures is required
- Analytical with modern **IT ERP / MRP / WMS / CRM** systems knowledge (SAP as preferable)
- ** Statistics & Reporting** (including, data collection, analysis, and review; etc.)
- ** Continuous improvement mindset**:

- ** Proactive problem solving** (internal and external)
