**Strategic Planner**

**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

Taking care of the adequacy between Demand (firm & forecast) and Resources (Manufacturing & Procurement) to reach customers QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) while optimizing site resources (people, machines & cash).

- Manufacturing and testing Dept / Project Installation Manager
- Industrialization (Process Manufacturing Engineering PME, Product Industrial Manager)
- Tender (Bid Technical Manager, BTM)
- Project (Project Planning Manager (PrPM), Sub System Manager)
- Supply Chain & Procurement (Project Supply chain Leader, PrSCL, Project Sourcing Manager PSM, Project Material Manager PMM)
- Finance (Warning Process Change Manager, Site Controller)
- Human Resources

**External**
- Master Production-Repairs Scheduling Manager of other internal sites (when multi sites Project Industrial Organization)
- Sales & Operations Plan (S&OP) central team

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**

**Key accountabilities**:

- Make sure Industrial Planning Golden rules & processes are applied.
- Be a key contributor to reach the Industrial Planning KPIs targets
- Contribute to the APSYS (Alstom Performance System) roadmap related actions regarding industrial planning topics
- Make sure that demand management & scheduling (firm & forecast) is done in the Core Planning Tools and/or ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Project management and industrial backgrounds,
- Good overall knowledge of railway products and systems,
- Good Communications and interpersonal skills, excellent team worker as they work with a large network,
- Conflict management and multi-tasking,
- Be able to challenge project team and highly proactive in proposing solutions.
- Ability to juggle with schedules and changing project goals.
- Able to think critically and using good judgment
