Siamo un’agenzia di Marketing nata da due anni a Milano che sta crescendo e vuole continuare a farlo, inserendo nuove risorse nel team. Lavoriamo sul territorio(Milano e provincia, Lombardia) con lo scopo di promuovere e sostenere i Brand e i progetti delle quattro più famose associazioni non-profit del panorama internazionale.

Come lavoriamo?

Il nostro lavoro viene svolto in** Team** attraverso il **marketing diretto**, face to face, a stretto contatto con il pubblico.

Le mansioni iniziali prevedono la presenza nelle campagne di sensibilizzazione del Brand, la promozione dei progetti, acquisizione di nuovi supporter per i progetti stessi e gestione del materiale di welcome e della documentazione necessaria.

I team sono formati sia da esperti che da nuove risorse.

La formazione per noi è un valore aggiunto e offriamo formazione gratuita e certificata ma soprattutto su varie tematiche(marketing, comunicazione, organizzazione campagne evento/commerciali, leadership, gestione del team, gestione del tempo, ecc )

Non ci limitiamo solo a questo: sarai costantemente formato(in ufficio,sul campo, webinar) e anche affiancato da chi ti può spiegare i modi migliori per promuovere i progetti dei nostri clienti.

Avrai, inoltre, la possibilità di confrontarti in networking con i migliori degli altri uffici di Italia e di altri paesi del Mediterraneo con cui abbiamo il piacere di cooperare per migliorare nel nostro lavoro.

Dove lavoriamo?

Siamo presenti a Milano e hinterland e lavoriamo in **stand brandizzati** presso eventi di vario tipo(store, concerti, aeroporti, farmacie, centri commerciali, supermercati, IKEA, ecc ).

L'inserimento avviene tramite contratto con pagamenti mensili, aggiungiamo bonus e incentivi.

Non è necessaria esperienza pregressa nel settore.

Lavori svolti a stretto contatto pubblico o face to face sono requisiti preferenziale(barman/barlady, cameriere/cameriera, accoglienza clienti, Hostess, Stewart, promoter, brand Ambassador, receptionist, banconista, ecc ecc)

In prospettiva cerchiamo chi abbia voglia di crescere e migliorare nel campo del marketing, della pubblicità diretta, della promozione e della vendita, e che voglia anche gestire un team di persone e formarle, organizzare nuove campagne commerciali e nuovi eventi, sviluppando capacità di leadership e di management.
