The position

Sales Manager for the Italian Market

Hierarchical report

Founder - Sales Director CEE and Italy

Main responsibilities

Find prospects and leads within the top Pharma companies in the market.

Investigate leads and find out as much as possible about them before contacting.

Attend meetings with potential customers and act as their consultant.

Establish and maintain relationships with doctors, as they will provide you with insight on the information and tools they need, that you can match with digital campaigns of our clients.

Understand all of the prospects? needs, problems or wants.

Explain how our solutions align with their pain points.

Build a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales.

Follow up with customers and cross/up-sell products.

Learn and understand details about our products, services and sales strategy.

Prepare and present reports when needed.

Attend medical events and congresses.

Report to the management team.

Reports customer activity in the CRM system and ensures customer profiles are kept up-to-date.

Level

Quadro or Dirigente, depends on the seniority of the professional

Wrok site

Education

Bachelor's degree in business or life sciences.

Professional skills

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the sales position.

Fluent in technology (CRM databases and MS Office).

Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

Experience in customer relationship management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Dedication to providing great customer service.

Having experiences and understanding of doing business with the Pharma industry.

Preferred Requirements:
Strong network among Italian branches of top global pharma companies, ideally at product manager level.

Having a good understanding of sales cycles and deal sizes within the Pharma industry.

Good knowledge and understanding of digital marketing services and products.

Exposure to project management principles.

Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Team player.

Good command of English and Italian (native).
