Dematic is looking for a talented Accounting Specialist for Business Transformation to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Cernusco Sul Naviglio. He/She will report to the Finance Manager and will support a long-term transformation of financial processes worldwide, including the adoption of new ERP and other IT tools, as well as the progressive involvement of the financial services Center of Excellence (CoE).

**What we offer**:
The Accounting Specialist for Business Transformation is going to:

- Play an active role in the **setup of the new SAP 4 Hana ERP **at Dematic
- Discuss the ERP architecture with the project team and assess each functionality
- Assess the impact of the process changes in details, and the required data flows
- **Test the data **during the migration processes and the detailed design stage
- **Train the personnel of the Finance Team **and the financial services CoE on the new processes, and progress monitoring on the adoption of the processes
- Administer IT tools that will surround SAP 4 Hana, providing access rights, training users and clarifying their doubts
- **Identify needs for increased automation **in the day-to-day processes and pursue actions to introduce those improvements
- Support the Finance Team on spot projects that may be requested from time to time

In the **medium-long term**:

- Be the focal point for finance and accounting activities
- Support the finance manager in monthly closings about treasures and accounting
- Produce and manage annual budget and periodic forecasting

**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- **At least 5 years of experience **in finance/accounting or in a multinational context
- Experience in roles that require **process improvements **and management of **ERP migration **processes
- Knowledge of IFRS standards
- Good knowledge of **SAP ERP tools **. Knowledge of SAP S/4Hana is a plus
- Nice to have an **experience in controlling **functions **necessary for business transformation processes
- Fluent in English and Italian. The knowledge of a third language is preferable
- Strong analytical skills and ability to train people
- Very good communication skills
- Strong will to deliver results and continuous improvement
