We are looking for an intern who supports our Research & Development, Footwear Division for at least 6 months.

**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Support Advanced Research office activities
- Conceptualize, design, and develop innovative concepts for Salewa & Dynafit footwear collections
- Actively contribute to identifying new product concepts and materials to achieve the required product performance
- Assist in updating and managing the material database, including cost references
- Support the graphic realization of tech packs
- Assist in maintaining contacts with raw material suppliers, providing support in negotiations to meet development timelines, and guiding technical discussions
- Liaise with the CSR department for material development

**Profile**
- Studies in Design, Product Design or a related field
- Familiarity with footwear products is an advantage, especially from a technical, running, or outdoor perspective
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- 3d (Rino) is considered a plus
- Very good Italian and English
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
- Proactive approach
- Passion for shoes, from sneakers to any sports footwear
- Knowledge for materials and fabrics
