About the role
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Product Manager to join the team responsible for digital retailing solutions for car dealers and manufacturers. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for the ideation, planning and execution and go-to-market of products and features that will allow our customers to establish their online presence and generate more sales opportunities.
In this role you will take care of the product process end-to-end, from the discovery phase to the go to market strategy, working closely with your scrum team, product designers, data analysts, QAs and customer facing teams.
**Responsibilities**:
- Together with the Head of Product you will be in charge of developing the vision, strategy, and backlog for the digital retailing solutions initiatives
- Perform in-depth discovery to understand users' needs, collaborating with customer-facing department, data analysts and UX researchers
- Ideate and execute new products and features alongside your scrum team
- Report on initiatives planning and progress to internal stakeholders
- Support the go-to-market activities collaborating with product marketing
- Monitor feature adoption and performance metrics
- Be on top of the industry landscape, trends and main competitors
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of experience as Product Manager
- Experience on building B2B2C or B2C digital products
- Experience on working with cross functional teams of product designers, developers and QA
- Knowledge and experience with product discovery practices (competitive analysis, user research, A/B testing, data analysis, etc.)
- Ability in building relationships and collaborating with other company departments
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
