We are looking for a **Talent Acquisition** to to join our team in Basiano (MI) for a **six months internship**.

**YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE**:

- Drafting and posting job advertisements
- Developing and promoting the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
- Working with Total Rewards to define offers.
- Contacting suppliers and recruitment agencies
- Supporting the creation of monthly hiring and employer branding dashboards
- Participating in recruitment and employer branding events (e.g., career days / fairs).

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You hold Bachelor’s degree
- You are fluent in English
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- You are proactive, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
