**JOB DESCRIPTION**
J.P. With Private Bank advisors in 110 offices in 25 states and 20 countries, the Private Bank provides ultra-high net worth and high net worth clients with a global perspective delivered through a local, dedicated team of specialists focused on fundamental wealth management disciplines, including investment management, wealth structuring, philanthropy, credit and banking.

A Banker Support is the primary support person for service related execution within the Private Bank. The individual will work with the Banker Team, mid-office and operations teams to deliver a seamless and integrated experience to our clients across specific Private Banking products.

You will be part of a central team supporting the Bankers and their client base. Some examples of the daily responsibilities include account maintenance, audit requests, generation of portfolio reviews, documentation inquiries and fee waivers.

This role will be supporting our Banker team in delivering a high quality service to our clients and ensuring the smooth execution of all daily tasks within strict deadlines. The individual will be expected to contribute to the overall success of the group in proportion to his/her experience, and will be evaluated relative to their peer group.

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain client confidentiality at all times
- Upload documents in the internal system in order to open new accounts and update clients’ data
- Produce period report for clients ‘ accounts
- Manage daily inquiries accurately, within established deadlines, and in accordance with existing policies and procedures
- Working within a team to execute daily requests
- Fee related activities (i.e fee waivers)
- Verify and maintain data quality
- Liaise and follow-up with internal teams for documentation and account maintenance issues
- Take ownership of work and ensure data integrity, accuracy and completeness
- Escalate issues for any urgent matters or assistance

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

- working experience in similar roles (asset management, wealth management, auditing)
- High School Degree (or equivalent)
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business and technology environment, and to utilize all available tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible
- Multi-tasking
- Detail-oriented and results-focused
- Team player with the ability to work well with multiple stakeholders and other team members
