Your contribution:
- Drive best-in-class Customer Satisfaction and ensure CI processes.- Drive activities and processes in a Distribution Center.- Initiate and support projects to improve Customer Excellence-related processes and costs.

Key responsibilities:
- Supervision of logistic processes of our Third-Party Logistic provider (3PL, warehouse provider) - especially inbound, storing, value added services (e.g., picking, labelling, recharging) and outbound.- Supervision of quality processes in the warehouse.- Supervision of health and safety rules and processes in the warehouse.- Supervision of risk management processes and policies.- Supervision of security measures and policies.- Supervision of proper inventory management by 3PL and regular formal stock taking.- Managing of maintenance of Clarios property in the warehouse, e.g., labelling lines, recharging equipment, etc.- Active participation in Continuous improvement and cost savings as well as cost transparency.- Active participation in implementation of new projects in the warehouse, e.g., best-business-practice sharing.- Management of Clarios-paid consumables (e.g., pallets, cartons, etc).- Active participation on customers‘claims prevention and solution, as well as internal claims (across Clarios locations, plants and distribution centers).- Management, collection, update of Specific Customers Requirements records that have an impact on warehouse procedures.- Management of operational requirements from Customer Excellence Team in the warehouse.- Support of special audits in the warehouse (safety, risk, security, quality) and Clarios-organized visits.- Supporting CE Manager on data collection from SAP or from 3PL.- Communication partner for 3PL and monitoring of fulfilling contract conditions between Clarios and 3PL.

Education and professional knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree or completed apprenticeship/ secondary education second stage with fundamental experience in logistics or similar.- Min. 4-5 years of working experience in a production, logistic or quality environment.-
- Process-orientated.- Strong organizational and communication skills.- Autonomous, proactive and be able to work in a team.- Languages: good spoken level in English plus local language.- Awareness of strategic response to external influences, such as legislation and environmental pressure.- Sensitiveness for dangerous goods shipments.- Very good self and time management.- Strong analytical skills.
