This position will report to the Logistics Supervisor. The Primary role of the Logistic Specialist within the company is to manage the day to day warehouse and logistic activities of the ZOLL business including the arrangement of goods dispatch and goods received, monitoring the inventory level, ensure warehouse is well utilised and maintained.

**The job requirements are**:

- Customers Order fulfillment;
- Data intro: Receiving goods in Oracle and subinventories management.
- Collaboration with the Customer Service Team.
- Management of claims and tickets.
- Inventory and stock count activities;
- Pick slip and shipping document creation (DN, ADR, IATA, Multimodal);
- Export shipments;
- Follow up shipments to final customers.
- Final customer’s complaint management (RMA);
- Daily stock control;
- Warehouse management of picking, kitting and shipping instructions;

**Qualifications**:

- GCE ‘O’ level/’N’ Level/High School Education
- 5 years working experience in warehouse and logistic environment.
- Detail-oriented, hardworking and independent
- Strong ethics & professional integrity required.
- Strong sense of teamwork - requires helping out across different areas of the business when / if required.
- Strong English and fluent Italian
