Openjobmetis Spa, divisione Permanent Placement, ricerca e seleziona Business Process Analyst per importante realtà leader nella progettazione di impianti per il settore metalmeccanico nelle vicinanze di Massa.

**Posizione**:
La risorsa, operando all’interno dell’area IT, avrà il compito di supportare ogni funzione aziendale al fine di ottimizzare i processi e mantenerli in continuo miglioramento ed in particolare si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

- Assicurare la piena operatività delle applicazioni di business e fornire relativo supporto e/o formazione agli utenti di tutte le strutture del Gruppo;
- Individuare, analizzare e formalizzare i processi di business esistenti e dei bisogni degli utenti;
- Proporre miglioramenti delle procedure collaborando a stretto contatto con gli utenti dei i reparti aziendali coinvolti;
- Redigere documenti di analisi funzionale;
- Redigere le guide operative per gli utenti;
- Analizzare le integrazioni e le componenti necessarie a colloquiare con gli strumenti del sistema informativo;
- Pianificare le attività e gestire i rapporti con i fornitori esterni responsabili degli sviluppi sugli applicativi informatici.
- Supportare la Direzione nella definizione di nuove e più efficaci procedure gestionali.

**Requisiti**:

- Diploma o Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico o altro titolo di studio affine;
- Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo descritto di almeno tre anni, preferibilmente maturata all’interno di realtà industriali metalmeccaniche;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Conoscenza dei processi produttivi industrie metalmeccaniche;
- Capacità di comprensione ed analisi delle esigenze e requisiti di business;
- Buona conoscenza degli applicativi per la gestione dei dati (i.e. Excel, Access);
- Buona conoscenza degli applicativi per la gestione progetti (i.e. Microsoft Project);
- Buona conoscenza degli applicativi per il disegno di work flow (i.e. Microsoft Visio);
- Completano il profilo un forte orientamento al risultato, ottime doti comunicative, proattività, spiccata attitudine al team working ed al problem solving, organizzazione e dinamicità.

Si offre contratto di assunzione diretta con inserimento all'interno di un contesto aziendale solido, strutturato, e dinamico.

Il CCNL applicato è il metalmeccanico-industria, con inquadramento e retribuzione da valutare in funzione dell'esperienza pregressa, sono inoltre previsti benefit quali welfare aziendale e una quattordicesima mensilità.

Orario di lavoro: full-time, dal lunedì al venerdì
