Sc3 Hotline Support

**Dematic** is looking for a talented Hot-Line Engineer, to be hired with a permanent contract, for its premises in Cernusco Sul Naviglio. He/She will Cover SLA in terms of Remote Service Support for all Dematic Italy circular sorter installed base mainly on Europe Level and partially on Global level and will Maximizing Customer Satisfaction by Remote Troubleshooting and RCA, reporting on most effective and efficient way.

**What you are going to do**:
Participates in the 24/7 hotline support of semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software.
- Support for sorters (SC3) and other technologies
- Provide root cause analysis and feedback to customer after high severity instances
- Predictive Maintenance
- Support of customers by telephone, remote (focus) and partly also on site
- Provide support in semi-complex material specification, schematic troubleshooting and appropriate follow-up
- Participate in recommending ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction
- Provide troubleshooting expertise to Dematic's customers
- Travel between 10-20% to different customer locations which may include weekends and overtime
- Instruction and training of the customer personnel as well as cooperation in customer acceptance and handover

**Who are you**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in SC3 Hotline Support
- After hours escalations support for critical issues
- Experience working with business users to concept, generate and deliver analytics solutions, dashboards and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills and knowledge of software tools (MS PowerPoint, MS Visio; Power BI, MS Office)
- Experience with controls hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with SC3 (QNX) platform
- Experience working with data visualization and analytics tools
- Strong Customer Service mentality
- Strong verbal communication skills over the phone
- Ability to work independently
- English in C1 & C2
